Carpet World just installed lament flooring in our house and we are very pleased. We worked with Andrea to arrange everything. She was extremely professional and always kept us informed despite the uncertain lockdown stages and time frames. The team of men that installed the floor were wonderful! We would just like to express our sincere appreciation for the excellent service we received from Carpet World in the laying of laminate and carpets in our home. You were so helpful in assisting us to choose and decide on colours and prices and we are absolutely thrilled with the final product. We wish we had done this years ago but will really enjoy it from now on.
We would also like to express special appreciation to the amazing team you sent to lay the laminate the lounge, small bedroom, passage and study and fit the carpet in the main bedroom. We have rarely experienced such professionalism as in the family team of Fahiem, Aneesha and Chadwin Petersen and their colleague Colin Damonse.
The team arrived spot on time and worked tirelessly all day hardly even stopping for a quick lunch. They did a fabulous job and nothing was too much trouble. They cheerfully and carefully moved all the furniture and even remembered where to put it back. I was confused about two identical display cabinets but Aneesha remembered one had an extra plank on top! And they even replaced the shelving!
The edges are very neat and everything looks so professional. One can see this team is highly experienced and most importantly that they work together well. When they finished they cleaned everything with Aneesha literally on her knees wiping the floors as we did not have the correct laminate mop. They even dusted the furniture before putting it in place. I can’t believe how the team still had energy after such a long day of hard physical work. And we could see it really is very strenuous work.
Aneesha also gave me clear instructions as to how to care for and clean the laminate and I have already bought the correct mop.
We would happily recommend this team to any future clients you may have and will spread the word around Helderberg Village as well.

At the outset I would like to mention that praise is deserved when good service is experienced. Here my wife & myself moved to Somerset West some two years ago and now reside at Helderberg Manor which is a Retirement village. We approached your set up to purchase some runners for our bedroom carpets with a view to preserving the carpets already laid. The runners were made up timeously with professional precision. In the circumstances we again decided to recently have further runners made up by you which were again done timeously while been handled in a professional manner. Here I would like to complement Joylene Paulse for her courteous manner & competency with handling our requirements. Her telephone calls to keep us informed of progress etc was spot on. She is now going out of her way to find further carpeting we require to match up with the previous runners done by your set up!! It is a pleasure to deal with people like Joylene as I always say the first impression is the last impression!!!

We would like to place on record our outstandingly good experience from start to finish at Carpet World at the interchange. We began our search for flooring around the corner at one of your competitors. We left after 10 minutes when no-one had offered us any help. Not in a great mood we went to your store where we were greeted with such friendliness by the two ladies at reception. We felt welcome! From there Eugene came to our house to inspect and measure up and we chose which vinyl tile we wanted. We knew we were going to have a long process because we still needed to chip out tiles which we only did 2 weeks ago. Because of the amazing service we had received we decided to also do our main lounge, entrance and dining room, quadrupling the size of our order. So we also chipped out those spaces. Eugene measured and quoted again. Throughout the process Eugene has communicated brilliantly, and been very professional. We knew when the contractors were coming, but we got a call reminding us, he kept his word at all times. Eugene also explained the entire process really well so that we knew what to expect and what we needed to do. On Tuesday, the installers arrived, they are a fabulous bunch of people, quiet, easy to have in your home and very helpful and professional. They even put our furniture back where it belonged. So when they left our home was back to normal, but with amazing new flooring. Thanks to your entire team, they are an asset to your company, we would use you guys again and will recommend you to our friends its been a pleasure dealing with you guys.
